After the cells are examined in the lab, a team of experts reviews the results and discusses what they see and any concerns or contributing factors. Then, our center will call you with the results and any further treatment recommendations.
If I Have Cancer, will my Biopsy Results Come Back Faster?
If your biopsy shows that you do have cancer, that won’t speed up the results. Each lab has its own process for interpreting biopsies, and that sequence of events doesn’t change for positive results.
