Meet. Dr. Bauman
Dr. Bauman joined The Breast Center of Maple Grove in July of 2016. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, Summa Cum Laude and his medical degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Iowa City, Iowa. He completed his residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Bauman is a board certified diagnostic radiologist with special interest in musculoskeletal and women’s imaging. When he’s not working, Dr. Bauman enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and many outdoor sports including canoeing, fishing, tennis, and soccer.
Breast Imaging at The Breast Center of Maple Grove
Dr. Bauman is one of the physicians who interprets mammograms and other breast imaging exams at The Breast Center of Maple Grove. He is passionate about helping women take their breast health seriously with regular annual mammograms. When caught early, breast cancer tends to respond very well to treatments, and survival rates are high. Catching early breast cancer is exactly what mammograms are designed to do. Recommended annually for all women beginning at age 40, a mammogram is a screening tool designed to detect abnormalities and potential cancers before they reach an advanced stage.
Scheduling at The Breast Center of Maple Grove
Mammograms are available by advance appointment, same-day appointment, or on a walk-in basis. Our office is open Monday through Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, and Tuesday 7:00am-8:00pm.
